CASACOSTA is built on over ten years of residential and commercial construction experience and a B.S. in Building Construction Technologies — but mostly, it's built on a simple idea: honest, detail-driven craftsmanship, delivered by someone who picks up the phone.
The company earned its standard in high-end residential work, where clients live inches from every seam. We carry that finish obsession into commercial space — paired with the schedule discipline, paperwork and communication that property managers, brokers and business owners depend on.
Licensed for both sides of the business
CASACOSTA holds two Florida contractor licenses: a Certified Building Contractor license (CBC1269703) covering commercial construction and renovation — including non-structural interior work in buildings of any height — and a Certified Residential Contractor license (CRC1333815) for homes. Both are state certifications, valid in every Florida county, and both come with full insurance.
